It all started as I needed an awesome feel good for work. I wanted an awesome party favor for Galentines Day 2015. How rare is it to have February 13 to fall on a Friday for work friends to get together for drinks, waffles, friendship, waffles? I found a random Etsy vendor who made my design happen as temporary tattoos. And I had the best Galentines Day filled with good food, good company, and Lil Sebastian temporary tattoos. Got me some neon acrylics and having some fun with the bright colors instead of my usual black and white drawings. The colors turned out beautifully and I got request for prints. Sadly I'm learning neon printing only works with neon ink so this can't be easily reproduced. This is what happens when people get married in their 30s. Whole bunch of meemaws got together and had ourselves a tea party. And her mom pretty much made everything from the tea wallets to the food. I made some coloring pages and brought my arsenal of color pencils, pens, and acrylics for some arts and crafts time. Monday, May 26, 2014. I turned 32 today. Do I feel different? Do I feel older? I have been doing a lot of self reflection lately. Probably to much worrying, to much thinking, to many "should I have done something else". The other things twirling in my mind is the future if only I knew what it would hold. I guess that is normal right? The other biggie for me is the older we get we see the people who we look up to get older. I am sure you know where I am going with that one. Forgive me for jumping around.
