Upper Mustang Winter School. A wounded Boudah Stupa. Clearing debris… a common sight. Around 95% of village homes and structures were severely damaged. HANDS library in Phulkharka. Many shop owners have left signs such as this. Stilts hold up buildings throughout Kathmandu and surrounding regions. A villager recollects her version of the April 25th quake. Despite thorough destruction, these sisters greeted us with all smiles. Villagers carry away tin sheets and solar lights provided by HANDS.
