Like Us On Facebook. Ldquo; Hands Up Out Of Poverty™. Rdquo; is a development program for women and girls in rural sub-Saharan Africa organized by the J Neysmith – Trust. We finance all our own overhead costs so that 100% of all money donated goes to the people in Africa who are taking part in the projects we support. Fund the purchase of textbooks and basic science laboratory equipment for secondary schools; pay school fees for disadvantaged secondary school girls.
