というセンチュリーライドに参加してきました。ベロモービルでセンチュリーライドは初めてで、しかも真夏（最高気温３２度）なのでスピードはあまりこだわらず、１００マイル完走が目的ということにしました。このセンチュリーライドのコースの大部分は Natchez Trace パークウェイ。 Natchez Trace はインディアン時代からの街道で、現在はパークウェイとして国立公園局の管轄下になっています。　パークウェイなので業務用車両は禁止されており、民家も企業もありません。土日はドライブ・ツーリングを楽しむ人で賑わっていますが、それでも普通の道路に比べて遥かに走り易い道です。 Natchez Trace までの道はこんな感じ。両側に民家や教会が並んでいます。（このあたりは本当に教会が多いです。）. Natchez Trace に乗ると景色が一転します。休憩所は４箇所設置されていました。折り返しコースなので最大７回休憩できます。私は結局６回止まりました。 Bike Friday Tikit 紹介.
