High protein, low carb. 2 egg whites 1 full egg (if you need more to get full add more egg whites). Lean meat of choice (chicken, ham). Ketchup or salsa (optional). Dollup of greek yougart on top (optional). Warm up a wok, or pan on the stove on medium-high. Spray with cooking spray. Mix egg whites, and full egg together. Dump mixture into warm pan. Coat the bottom of the pan with mixture. Turn stove to medium if needed. Once the eggs have been slightly cooked add vegetables and meat. Directions: Mix all...

NoteAny of the leftover's from the dinner recipes would be great as a lunch spinach salad, loaded with vegetables. Easy, and they are already made. 1 Can of Tuna. 1 T Light Mayo or Miracle Whip. 2 Whole Wheat pieces of bread/or Romaine lettuce for a wrap. Veggies (sprouts, lettuce, tomato). Tuesday, December 13, 2011. DIY Sweater Christmas Stockings and 12 days of FITNESS! I just finished the Christmas stockings and jumped right on the computer to post'em up! This was the easiest project ever, and it was pretty fast from start to finish (once I worked out all the details :). Here is the step-by-step:. First I went to the DI (our local thrift store) and found 5 sweaters that I liked. The price was 5 or 6 dollars each. Then I cut around the sock leaving about an inch seam allowance as I cut.
