Thursday, September 30, 2010. This is a super yummy tea-time (or any other time of the day) treat. It's also so simple to make! Perfect with a glass of hot chocolate. 2 mashed large bananas. 190; cup (165g) caster sugar (I use half caster, half brown). 188; cup (60ml) extra light olive oil. 188; cup (60ml) milk. 2/3 cup (100g) self-raising flour. 2/3 cup (100g) wholemeal self-raising flour (I tried to add more wholemeal than plain flour). Preheat oven to 170 degrees, line loaf pan with baking paper.

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Dessert @ The Meat and Wine Co. Steakhouse. You won't believe your eyes. Nicer (than this photo) than it looks. Yes, so I went back to The Meat and Wine Co. Steakhouse. We had the usual, the pork ribs and the steak. But this time, we made sure we ditch the entree and make room for dessert! Monday, October 25, 2010. Tuna and Mushroom Pizza. Tuna and Mushroom Pizza. I adapted this recipe from Sirena tuna. It's such a simple yet delicious and low fat recipe! This is what you'll need:. 2 tbsp tomato paste with garlic and herb. 1/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese (I used Bega). 3 button mushroom, sliced. A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved. A can of tuna, drained and flaked (I used Sirena, in oil - Italian style). A handful of rockets leaves. 1 tsp balsamic vinegar. Step 4 - Bake for 8 minutes.

Sunday, March 14, 2010. Uncle D bought a live 1.3kg mud crab today at Richmond today after we had our Vietnamese lunch. When I asked him how is he going to kill it, he said, "don't worry." wahh! He definitely sounds like he knows what he's doing. I feel so sorry for the wrapped up moving creature in the plastic bag. when I brought it home and left it on the basin, I had the bag opened up to make sure it had air to breathe. aunty M asked why do I want to prolong his sufferings. Wrestling the crab down.

Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Face to Face noodle house @ SS15. I've been patronizing Face to Face ( or 'mian dui mian' in mandarin) lately and I must say that it's one of those shops where you can sit comfortably, chit chat and enjoy simple yummy hawker goodies. Saturday, November 14, 2009. For two weeks of dim sum craving and one lousy dim sum session. I finally got my dim sum today.
