KP in the LBC. Blogging about whatever comes up.often not much. Wednesday, March 03, 2010. Anatomy of a Belt Test. I'm guessing that most of you who read this - what are there 3 or 4 of you? Don't know what happens on a belt test - so here's some pictures to give you an idea. We show up about an hour early to keep ourselves psyched up - we warm up - stretch a little - take some "before" pictures and keep busy. We do not do this with our gi. On because wrinkled gi. At the beginning of a test mean push-ups!

This weekend was pretty busy - with a furlough on friday I had lots of time to bake for two separate orders and then saturday was my first martial arts test.all I can say about that is UGH. Mixed in with all that - Doug and I had dinner with his friend Steve on thursday night and then dinner with all the cousins and Jan and Bill on friday night. Of course we took no pictures - oops.

Sunday, October 30, 2011. Karson was here for 3 Halloweens but only got to dress up for 2 because he was sick. Last year Halloween was the best ever! Karson was feeling good so we took him to trunk or treat with Hadley and they had the best time. I won't lie it's hard without him. If he was I would dress him up like Woody.
