I got back into Sydney this past Saturday and because I have an exam tomorrow (so fucked for it too:P) so I haven't been able to update the blog. BUt I assure you I jotted notes everyday so I have everything.but yea, it was a great trip.full of life experiences hahaha. Just to name a few:. 1) snorkelled and scuba dived the great barrier reef. 2) stole $20, 000 of coral reef from said barrier reef. 6) Trekked through the world's oldest rainforest.

Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are. Hannah Strater started practicing yoga in 1995, initially weaving in and out of the practice during her student years and the beginnings of a corporate career. Yoga became more central in her life when she transitioned into motherhood, and she found physical respite and mental support in a regular practice. In April 2015 she completed a 6-day hands-on human dissection workshop with Gil Hedley which she found interesting and profoundly moving.
