A Day in the Life. Saturday, June 21, 2014. This summer I was able to go Summit for Beachbody. I had the best time! Love this company, love the people I've been able to meet through being a coach. One of the funnest parts of Summit was the main sessions. Tons of motivating talks, and stories of successful coaches. And then there was the HUGE live workouts with the trainers was a blast. A Day in the Life. Sunday, July 6, 2014. Summer is my most favorite time of the year. I LOVE the hot warm days. Living in Idaho without the humidity makes it even better :). We decided to go on a walk around the river, it was a blast. So glad I have a little running buddy! He did the firecracker 5k with me and smoked it! Running it at an 8 min pace, taking 2nd in his age group. What a little stud! We spent the next day in Jackson, eating, swimming, and playing! Labels: 4th of July. The Love of my Life!

A Day in the Life. Monday, June 9, 2014. Last day of 5th and 3rd grade! These kids grow up way too fast! This little boy ran more miles in the schools running program than anyone else. He ran over 150 miles for the school year and won a bike, and a few other things. So proud of this little stud. A Day in the Life. Saturday, August 2, 2014. Ryan and I were able to go Colorado Springs on a work trip. Most of the time the weather was raining, but it still was a beautiful resort, and we had a few days at the end with perfect weather! One day Ryan and I decided to check out this hike, Over a mile up in stair climbing. We thought we were in pretty decent shape, and this wouldn't be that hard of a workout. BOY were we wrong, and humbled to say the least. That hike was insanely hard! The Love of my Life!

A Day in the Life. Sunday, June 29, 2014. We had another epic Ragnar adventure! I seriously love getting to do this race! It makes it all the more fun, cause of these ladies. I have loved challenging myself every year at going faster, passing people, and this year, because I ran the same legs, I was able to challenge myself to do better. My goal was to run my legs all under a 7:30 pace. At one of the exchanges, they had these amazing leg compressor things, that felt SO good! Van one ladies (minus Keri).

A Day in the Life. Saturday, July 19, 2014. Today was a first for me! I completed my first TRI. Swimming has been more of a challenge than I ever imagined it would be, but I survived that part, and got on to the bike and run. It was pretty fun, and I'm sure more are to come :). If I can get my swim down, I think I could be competitive. It was pretty fun to get to do a race with Ryan. He of course rocked it and placed 1st by a long ways. Many more TRI's for this duo in the future :). The Love of my Life!
