Place where I share bits about my life, and occasionally, my troubles and worries. Blast from the past. Sunday, 30 October 2011. Went back to Sheffield with Yvonne over the weekend. Met a few new friends, and had a great time at the peaks and clubbing for 5 hours straight! Can't remember when's the last time I did that. my left ear's hearing is still affected but heck it was a really fantastic time! Sheffield is gradually changing bit by bit, but not much. The new Student Union is nicer than before!

Like running to Shin Xiong mart at 10.45 pm from Esplanade. and dining at the cool steak place. And just shopping for the whole afternoon. I think my heartbeat rate is higher than ever during rest state. I'm gonna have to do cardio everyday now to try to reduce it. Hm. Good thing is, now that I have some fat, (ahahha), I feel I'm bulking up faster!
