Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Maikah Is 1 Month Old! This post is from 4/6/14). Little Maikah isn't so little anymore! On the flip side.boy oh boy is this kid CUTE! He's a tremendous help with the girls too. Ian has switched branches and is much happier at his new job location. We can definitely tell at home and we like happy Daddy :). Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Maikah is 5 Months Old! Height: 26" (25th-50th Percentile). Weight: 16.6lbs (25th-50th Percentile). Check out this big dude! This is absolutely crazy how fast time goes by. Yep He sleeps with his Daddy every night! This month we decided to let Maikah try a couple solid foods! Check out this pic of Kaya when she was Maikah's age! They look so much alike! We spend a lot of time with his cousins when it's SO evident that he's the baby. They are all so good to him and helpful!

Saturday, May 3, 2014. Maikah Is 2 Months Old! We made it to 2 months! Other than that ;p he has grown SO much. Maybe painful growth spurts is the problem? He is over 12lbs and 21". That is 2.5lbs and 2.5" increase in just 4 weeks! This must be a dude thing cuz my girls were always so tiny. He's up in the 75-90th percentile for weight! We will get to see Grandma Hidelisa and PopPop as well as 2 Great Grandmas! So exciting. I will update all the fun stuff in next months blog. Regardless of the hard times ...

I finally edited this video and no matter how much I tried to cut it down, I just couldn't. This being my 3rd trip to the hospital I feel like I really have some good advice for what to bring! I'm an overpacker by nature, but I think in this case it's ok :) I give you all possible needs as well as what the hospital will provide for you. I looked at my medical bill last time and was shocked!

Thursday, November 13, 2014. Maikah is 8 Months Old! Holy moly I'm a week late on this update! It seems like I can't get a moment to myself ever! This little kid is all over the place. A lot of progress has happened this past month. Maikah started sitting up by himself and went right into the "army crawl". It seems like he did it all overnight. I knew I would be kicking myself when he started to be mobile and I remember why. Baby proofing time! He gets faster and faster everyday. Thanks for stopping by!
