The juice from half a lemon (Here's a hint - if you microwave your lemon for 20 seconds you'll get 3 times as much juice out of it! 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna or canned salmon. 1 medium sized tomato. 1/3 cup of minced Walla Walla sweet onion. 1 small avocado (optional). Sunday, April 17, 2011. Evan was born at 8:09 am on April 8th, 2011. He weighed 7lbs 10.4 oz and was 19 inches long. He had a rough go of it the first couple of days because he took so much of the amniotic fluid into his lungs, but is thriving now. He's running Mommy ragged, but he' s the light of my life.
