In my favourite UK city, where I used to live, this is known as ‘Burning the Clocks’ ( https:/ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burning of the Clocks. And is a good opportunity to celebrate and release things from the past year. As part of this celebration I have written a good-bye letter to alcohol which will be burned on our fire and I will toast my new found sobriety with this tasty mocktail🙂. Grenadine, to taste.
