Saturday, January 24, 2009. Company run today was awesome (to me anyway). Cos i broke my record of running 4.3km. I used to run 29min plus but today i ran 24min 13sec! That was damn cool.i overtook people i never dreamed i could. I closed my eyes and ran opening only round the corners and i had a constant pace throughout!
