The inspiration came from the Breadtalk, one of the best seller bread name Sunflower sprinkle with some sunflower nuts, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. No-knead chocolate chip bread 免揉巧克力米面包. 自从会做免揉面包团后,开始学做了各种各样不同的面包,非常享受做面包的过程,尤其是打开烘炉看到成品的哪一杀,好开心。。。 5克酵母,150毫升水,3 汤匙糖,3 汤匙普通面粉,. 一汤匙油,一粒蛋,半茶匙盐,250克高筋面粉 (筛过)。 5g yeast, 150ml water, 3 tablespoon sugar, 3 tablespoon plain flour. 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 250g high protein flour (sift). 1) 酵母,糖,水和 3 汤匙普通面粉拌均。 Mix yeast, sugar, water and plain flour. Cover with foil for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, open up the foil.

Baking recipes - how to bake cake, bread, tart, pizza, scones and cookies. 这次做了棉花蛋糕。。。 口感名副其实的像棉花一样柔软。。。 1 个全蛋 (B 型). 5 个蛋黄 (B 型). 5 个蛋白 (B 型). 80 g superfine flour. 1 whole egg (B size). 5 egg yolks (B size). 80 ml fresh milk. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 5 egg white (B size). 棉花蛋糕的做法。。。。 Step for making cotton cake . 1) 牛油 隔水溶化, 筛入粉拌均。 Double boil butter until dissolve. Sift in flour and mix well. 2) 加入一个全蛋拌均,然后逐一加入蛋黄搅拌均。 Add in 1 whole egg and mix well. Then add in 5 egg yolks one at a time and mix well.
