Chewy Molasses – Spice Cookies. 2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled). 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened.
