Dokonce od začátku minulého týdne jsem se rozhodla vyřadit smažené (co nejvíc) všechny sladkosti a všechno bílé pečivo. a hned jsem nějaké to kilo zhubla! Ale tento týden byl již od začátku dost náročný, takže abych se přiznala, vzala jsem si jeden kousek pizzy, gumové bonbóny. ale nic strašného a chci ve svém "omezení" nadále poračovat.
