June 7, 2010} Hoo Hoo…I’m a night owl! I’ve been a night owl for about as long as I can remember. And to complicate things a little more, I also require a lot of sleep. I’m in my mid 30’s and I still need 9 hours of sleep a night. I’ve done a lot of research about circadian rhythms. I’m not sure if I actually have a circadian rhythm sleep disorder.
