Freshly ground stuffed meatballs. Using a flour recipe from the early 1900s, we have created a made-from-scratch, authentic polish Pierogi. Our motto when crafting these pierogies is, “Nothing goes to waste”. We intend to provide traditional pierogis with rustic flavors to reinvent them with a modern american spin. Pierogi of the Day.

Despre pasiunea mea pentru gatit :). Bine de stiut in bucatarie. Dovleac umplut cu legume,couscous,masline si branza de capra. 2 dovleci (placintari ). Mod de preparare :. Se spala dovlecii bine si se taie in jumatati. Se scot semintele si miezul dovleacului. Se ung cu ulei de masline si se introduc in cuptor pentru 10-15 minute la foc mediu.
