Meet My Blogging Friends. Credit Where Credit Is Due. Oviparous Animal Life Cycles Update-{Butterflies}. A couple weeks ago we studied oviparous animal life cycles in our classroom, and as part of that study, we received five painted lady caterpillars from InsectLore. One of the other butterflies didn't want to leave us. He landed on me for awhile and then on a student's brightly colored shoe. My class loved getting up close looks at these beautiful creatures. Meet My Blogging Friends. Credit Where Credit Is Due. Fall Favorites- Pumpkin Pickin'. Thanks for stopping by for the Fall Favorites Blog Hop! Not only is it a fun time to go and pick pumpkins, but we also learn so much, too. This year we went on our pumpkin picking field trip somewhere different than the years before; we went to a farm in our county called Cornucopia. My heart melted. So. Stinkin'. CUTE! We ended by getting to look at some of the bees they have at the farm they use for pollination.

Thursday, April 28, 2016. Two Hoots and A Holler: Kindergarten Memories. We recently participated in a Box Tops competition at our school. The grade with the most Box Tops won a pizza party for the students, and the teachers got to have lunch off campus at a restaurant of our choice!
