Thursday, May 29, 2014. Aglio Olio and Shrimp Scampi. Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A box of Dececco Spaghetti. Heat up the olive oil, add garlic and anchovies and pepper. Drain Spaghetti and add it to the sauteed garlic. Use the pasta water to add moisture to the dish. Use a bit more than you think you need because the next step when you're resting the pasta, some of the mositure would dissipate. Let rest and add parmesan cheese and drizzle olive oil before serving. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice.
