The Sweet life of R & R: September 2011
http://thesweetlifeofrandr.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
The Sweet life of R and R. Wednesday, September 28, 2011. YesI am still working on this project. Here is a picture of the headboard and one of the reasons that I wanted to redo the finish to black. The brown just doesn't really blend in. This is right before I started painting it.I had it all sanded down and ready for the first coat of paint. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Sweet life of R and R. Tuesday, October 11, 2011. The blackberry bush progress. What a difference a few months, a little water and a touch of sunshine makes! Here is a picture from March when I first received the blackberry bushes in the mail. They were so cute and I hoped that they would grow and not be fried in the sun. Sunday, October 9, 2011. Ideas can sometimes roam around in of our heads for a long time before they come to fruition. This one rolled around R's head for about 4 years. I h...Anywa...

Royer Family: Back to the 80's
http://theroyerzing.blogspot.com/2011/03/back-to-80s.html
Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Back to the 80's. Scott and I had a lot of fun celebrating our friend Katie's birthday. She had an 80's dress-up party. We had so much fun dressing up and then going to the party where there were several other cute 80's couples, great games, and good food! Scott loved pegging his pants! Ok, so I have made an executive decision! You need to quit your job! You see it works in my benefit quite well because when your not working I get to see all these fun pictures! I love it sis!

http://thesweetlifeofrandr.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
The Sweet life of R and R. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. We planted our garden on St. Patricks day and have been watering it and taking care of it. I am amazed that we are growing so well since we planted everything from seed except for the blueberries and the blackberries, but they are showing great progress as well. Here's a picture of the whole garden. These are flowers, I am hoping to actually have blossoms in the next week. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Terol's Wall Writing - Vinyl Lettering. 365 Days of Sl...

The Sweet life of R & R: September 2010
http://thesweetlifeofrandr.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
The Sweet life of R and R. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. I can't seem to go very long before I have a project on my hands. This time I was really looking forward to completing a year long project of organizing the house and getting rid of anything that doesn't have a place. When all of a sudden I was knocked off course by an idea! I haven't ever really been in love with the color of the kitchen cabinets. They are in good condition and I really have nothing to complain about. Then I had this. Subscribe to: ...

The Sweet life of R & R: July 2012
http://thesweetlifeofrandr.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
The Sweet life of R and R. Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Every other week this summer I travel to visit R at his summer internship. Since it is a short term living arrangement we didn't put a lot into the housing situation. It is livable.but not the most comfortable. Kind of fun though to be like we are in college again. We found these awesome blow up chairs and bean bag! Pretty inexpensive, and really easy to move around. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Terol's Wall Writing - Vinyl Lettering. Happy 4th of July.

The Sweet life of R & R: January 2011

The Sweet life of R and R. Saturday, January 29, 2011. New Year.New Project. Since the kitchen is now finished, I found a new project. One that I have been meaning to work on for about a year, maybe a little more. Here is what our nightstands looked like this morning. After a little work this is now what the nightstand (yes only one.not enough hours in the day to do more than one) looks like. Tuesday, January 18, 2011. The left side of the old sink.I am guessing almost everyone has soap somewhere nea...

The Sweet life of R & R: February 2011
http://thesweetlifeofrandr.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
The Sweet life of R and R. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. The nightstands are finished. Now here is the finished one. I used wooden dowels to fill the holes of the old handle, and then wood putty to fill in the cracks. Then just had to use the drill to make a new hole on the correct side for the handle and a handy dandy drill to attach the new hinges. Now on to enjoying that it is opening the correct way :-).
