Tuesday, March 31, 2015. March in a nutshell. One of the best parts of the month was having guests! Our friends Pete and Sandy Oveson stayed at our house while they were in town for a NYC weekend. We hadn't seen them since we left Dartmouth, so it was so wonderful to catch up! We had a few snow storms in March, which meant cancelled school, dance class, etc. We tried to keep ourselves busy with crafts and projects and baking. After several frigid weeks (well, months! Tate loves Bryn's sweet friend Jane.

Friday, July 3, 2015. Our sweet Mya turned three years old on June 26th. She is the kindest, sweetest little girl and we love her so much. She gives the best hugs, loves to snuggle up and read, can draw for hours, has the best laugh, and gets surprisingly loud and sassy when she belts out pop songs or Disney love songs. Mya is super into princesses and barbies lately, so this was the dream gift for her. Jake and Tyra's family joined us for dinner and cake and ice cream. Mya loves her cousins!

Wednesday, June 17, 2015. May was a great month mostly because we had two sets of visitors! I did separate posts with those visits, but here are a bunch of pictures from our day to day activities in May. Tate is as cute as ever! First time wearing shorts! It's too much for me. Bryn's homemade hot air balloon for her stuffed animals. Eventually we got some wire mesh and blocked off the gutter, and that solved the problem. But May was definitely a month of early morning wake-up calls! Tate, just being cute.

Saturday, July 11, 2015. Tate is 8 months old today! Here's his 8 month update. He nurses at 6:30 am, 11:30 am, 4:00 pm, and 8 pm. He also does three "solid" meals with us (generally at 7 am, noon, and 6 pm). For his meals he usually eats baby food with little bits of table food: smashed bananas, watermelon, strawberries, bread, scrambled eggs (his favorite! Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Oh man, we love this little guy so much. He is a dream baby and we're just crossing our fingers he stays like this! He is the happiest kid and gives the biggest smiles all day. He truly brings so much joy to our family and each of us is just crazy about him. He gets constant attention (mauling) from the girls, but he only encourages it by smiling and laughing at whatever Bryn and Mya do. Here are a few stats at his half-year mark:.
