Best #headbands for #running and #yoga? So i clearly haven't been blogging for a while, nor have I had time to train clients or teach. Here's what I've been doing! The only germ-resistant headband on the market and WE sell it. Cool. ;). We also had a shoot at Stone Fruit in Canfield! And at jackson milton high school! We perfected the headband. Just looking for some inspiration for my two clients this afternoon and found this awesome video! Find a partner and try some of this stuff out! Where to buy grassfed beef. Yesterday B and I took a drive through gorgeous Ohio farmland. We passed so many pick-your-own strawberry farms and grassfed beef farms (it was late, so we didn't stop) but I came home inspired to stop buying grocery store meats. Which might necessitate a giant freezer. We'll see. We'll for sure be visiting one or two in Ohio asap.
