Plus it also links with my Garmin and Fitbit so I get extra calories for excising, which is brilliant🙂 I have also found an excel chart to record my blood sugar levels so I hopefully I can spot trends. 7 weeks to the 5k. Older but none the wiser. So, nothing much has changed in a month. I managed to walk 33.62 miles compared to the 38.16 miles the previous month, which is slightly disappointing but my rate has increased to now I can should be able to walk the 5k I have entered in less than an hour. This was meant to be the end of training event for Couch to 5K training group but actually as far as I can tell, I was the only person who actually ran it along with 2 members of the 10K group, who were great, coming to me at the end, congratulating me on completing the run. My kind of life. Upgrade to paid account! Shopping is my forte. 31 January 2015 @ 12:03 am. Selection for AD gowns and suits! Quite like the bf in the navy suit and was almost certain to get that. But apparently it doesn't fit my blue gown and the bf says too informal for my white gown :(. Pictures doesn't do the gown justice cos I rem it was very pretty but seeing it on pictures feels like it's very normal hmmmm. Hopefully this gown can keep the armpit fats proper hahaha! Then I tried a few evening gowns.
