Yep, lots of puke all ovet the sheets. Multiple more pukes throughout the morning. Multiple loads of wash done. Puking slows. 10:30 pm More puking. More laundry. No sleep for Chris, only some for Ann. Tuesday. Less puking, clear liquid diet only. Diarrhea starts. Diarrhea starts on the carpet! 8:00 pm bedtime. Only wakes up once and YES!

Firstly a healthy breakfast Parfait for you or the kids:. 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek Yogurt. 1 TBSP Honey or Granulated Fructose. 1/2 cup plain Oats. Cut up fresh fruit of your choice. Mix honey or fructose into yogurt, mix well. Dress it up for the kids with a smiley face or just throw your oats and fruit in it. Super healthy parfait! My kids loved it. I could tell by the little finger marks at the bottoms of their bowls.
