Here's my recipe that I adapted from a few I found. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1 cup crushed mini wheats (the stuff left over at the bottom of the bag/box).

I recently posted a photo on Instagram of my evening treat and thought I'd share the recipe here. It's my go-to recipe to help cool off in the summertime that I've been making for a number of years now. We generally fill our glasses to 2/3 full and then top it off with one of the beverages of choice:. 2 cups Strawberries (I used fresh this year).
