I loved them so much, I bought their cookbook, and one year, I found these dilectable little cookies that have become a favorite in my household. Here's the recipe. They are so easy to make, and don't they just look delish? 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup solid shortening (I buy the sticks- so easy to measure and use). 2 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 tsp. salt.
