Miss Grose's Favorite 2nd and 3rd Graders: Our Limerick
http://wfmorrison2g.blogspot.com/2013/03/our-limerick.html
Miss Grose's Favorite 2nd and 3rd Graders. Friday, March 15, 2013. Yesterday we learned about Limericks. We learned that a limerick is a poem that has 5 lines and follows an AABBA pattern. The kids came up with the limerick all on their own (I just helped with the flow of it): Enjoy. There once was a dentist named Phil. Who enjoyed using his drill. If you didn’t floss. You were at a loss. For you would have a very big bill. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). James and the Giant Peach.

Assistive Technology and Educational Resources. Supporting teachers, students and parents! Friday, April 4, 2014. I just found this great math resource that I have to share! I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out where the catch is because as far as I can tell, it's a free resource for teachers. In about three minutes, I registered myself on the site, added students and started using the most wonderful lessons for teaching K-2 math! Labels: Common Core State Standards. A Kindle World blog.
