중국생활, 은퇴준비, 행복한 미래를 준비하며. 2010년 9월 26일 일요일. 와이탄이 달라졌다. 33개월간의 공사를 마치고 지난 28일(일) ‘신와이탄(新外滩)’이라는 이름으로 새롭게 모습을 드러냈다. 개방되자마자 와이탄을 찾은 관광객들로 주변은 북새통을 이뤘다. 하지만 공공 면적 40% 넓어지고 휴식공간이 충분히 확보돼 예전처럼 몸이 부딪쳐 관람에 불편을 느낄 정도는 아니었다. 새단장한 와이탄, 무엇보다 교통이 편리해졌다. 버스 이용은 물론, 지하에 자동차 주차장도 확보돼 이용이 편리해졌다. 예전에는 지상에 횡단보도가 없어 지하도를 이용해야 했으나 중산둥루(中山东一(二)路)를 건너 와이탄으로 향하는 길마다 횡단보도가 설치돼있어 훨씬 수월해졌다. 또한 시내버스가 11대가 와이탄을 통과해 바로 앞에서 하차하면 곧바로 황푸강을 볼 수 있다. 와이탄 15㎞거리에 3개의 정류장이 설치돼있다. 9654;페리로 황푸강 건너기. 8226;위치: 金陵东路 맞은편(신축), 东门路(기존). 9654;주변 주차장 안내.
