Emotions…Reflex vs Reaction. November 15, 2016. Emotion = Reflex – Reaction. Everyone reacts to life situations differently –. Some feel less about certain things and others feel greatly. I’m one who feels greatly….about damn near everything! Daddy’s birthday month. What I’ve been working on, amongst the papers and presentations, is putting an “adult” pause between when I feel an emotion and when I react to that feeling. See, I always thought the reaction.
