When the weather is decent, we often take the girls to the state park near Mom and Dad's house; it has the cleanest outdoor public pool I have ever seen! The girls spend so much time swimming with Grandma you would think we don't have a pool at home. And climbing the playground equipment when Grandpa "scares" them by hiding around trees is always fun! Life on Middle Street. Thursday, July 31, 2008. Ed v the Kids. We watched Jillian, Katie and Graham for a few hours one night while David was out of town and Barbara was in classes. The night started out fairly subdued; kids excited, but swimming normally. Then somebody splashed Ed. After several warnings from Ed, the war began! Ed jumped in, work clothes and all, and wrecked havoc by tossing children right and left, then pulled out the garden hose. It was carnage! Posted by The Harvey's @ 6:50 PM.
