Harmony Living Centers, Inc. Has two homes in Gladewater. Monte Carlo Community Home. Monte Carlo is a four-bedroom home for six adolescent young women functioning in the severe to moderate range of intellectual disability. Residents attend local schools or a pre-vocational work center.
