Wednesday, April 23, 2008. For those of you who were not in attendance today, April 23rd, Stephanie taught us a technique for sewing together half-square triangles. Today's block, Churn Dash, required two- 4 7/8 inch squares of one fabric. And two- 4 7/8 inch squares of another fabric. Steph had us make two odd pairs using bo. Thursday, May 22, 2008. So, the Friendship Scrap Block posed a challenge for some of us yesterday. Life is not always perfect and we found that the assembly sequence was flawed for this block. Try working from the inside out as follows:. Create the four different 3 1/2 inch center squares. Assemble the four 3 1/2 inch center half square pieces to form a 6 1/2 inch square block. Next, sew the new large triangles to the center square along the 6 1/2 inch side to form a 9 1/4 inch square.

Wednesday, March 7, 2012. I am sure by now that everyone has stopped checking my blog since I haven't posted anything in so long! I have been pretty busy the past few months so thats my excuse! Back in December I was trying to live up the Holidays and my break from school since school started early this semester. I was DREADING going back to school this semester since I am student teaching! But I must say student teaching has been going great and is not as bad as I thought it would be!

Monday, April 30, 2012. Now that schools out I have time to blog again! Here is what we have been up to! Jeff had a birthday at the end of March! He is a big 28 years old now! I made him a yummy mini chocolate cake! We had fun lighting it and blowing out the candles with the O'Loughlin kids. I love how Alison loves Jeff and is usually not afraid to be with him. He is such a cute uncle! Then it was my birthday on the 18th of April. I had the whole day off, no school or work! Lexi and I have matching Toms.

My sister had another baby so my Mom and I packed up Coop and Lex and headed to the RANCH! I should be an apple genius. Jeff and I stayed in the fancy Resort! Had lots of friends like this cute girl named Savanna! Swung in the tire swing! Shot the Potato Gun. a lot! Went on lots of ranger rides!

Monday, March 28, 2011. Whats new with you? Ps google images are so funny sometimes). Sorry my blog has been so lame lately! Anyone that knows me knows that I am pretty chill and relaxed. I don't usually stress a whole lot but this semester has definitely been a lot more busy and stressful. Here is why:. 1 School- Yes I am in school and Yes I don't like it! You know me. "school is for fools! I am taking 16 credit hours! So far I think I'm passing! 2 Jeff's School- Yes he is also going to school full time!

Friday, May 4, 2012. I'm sure we have all had a dumb server at a restaurant, there's a lot out there. Trust me, I work with them! But I also work with some that are really good and if you have a bad experience its probably because of you or the other tables they are taking care of. The people are annoying. YES! But the job is busy work, I'm up and moving, and it works well with my school. Remember how I said the people are annoying! Q1 Will it fill me up? Obviously it will fill you up! Q2 Is it spicy?

Saturday, July 30, 2011. It is now a Hogle Family tradition to head to the ranch every summer and have a big family camp out! This year has totally gone by fast and the camp out snuck up on us! I can't believe it came and went already! This year was way more casual and layed back than it has been in the past! It swings out of the creek a good 20 feet I'd say! At the beginning of the summer I went for the first time tagging along with my brothers using a one of my nephews fishing pole and caught a fish!
