What's new - change history. Back to main page. Here is a sketched history of changes on this site. Since unfortunately I currently do not know how to setup an RSS feed or similar stuff I can only offer to inform you on updates via e-mail. Bits, Math and Performance: Announcing haroldbot
http://bitmath.blogspot.com/2013/08/announcing-haroldbot.html
Bits, Math and Performance. Bits and math come together to form interesting algorithms, with a small focus on performance. Saturday, 10 August 2013. An ircbot (hence the name) that solves some bitmath problems. The title is actually a lie - haroldbot has been around for a while now. But now it finally got its own website. Check it out, if you work with bits you will probably find this useful. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Addition in the bitfield domain. View my complete profile.

Bits, Math and Performance: August 2013

Bits, Math and Performance. Bits and math come together to form interesting algorithms, with a small focus on performance. Thursday, 22 August 2013. Addition in the bitfield domain. Bitfield domains are abstract domains that track the possible values of every bit independently. For example, they can express things like "all values where the third bit is set". There are two obvious "simplest useful" bitfield domains:. The first one is probably the most obvious one: a bitvector. Be zero, and a bitvector.
