Thursday, November 29, 2012. Chrsitmas time is here. Somehow the year has already flown by and we are counting down the weeks until Christmas. It doesn't seem possible, but yet our tree is up and I'll be wraping gifts this weekend. I grew stronger. I started Crossfit. I ran more than 2 miles at a time (huge thing for me, although it sounds so small) and got up to 4.5 miles in one run. I pushed my body to the limits and learned what I was capeable of. I want to make our holiday NOT revolve around food!
