I forget how much I love to hear about what is going on. My excuses, besides time, was that it was easier to keep in touch via Facebook. Monday, June 29, 2009. We had a mellow 41st birthday for Mick at home with Ice cream cake and a great seafood dinner. The ice cream cake that was way too big for the 2 of us. Mack just does not like ice cream. We have tried to give him some in a cone and he just eats the cone and holds onto the icecream until it melts. Funny child! Just a happy day at the Harpers! Saturday, December 27, 2008. We had a wonderful WHITE winter Christmas with Grandma from Summerland and Gong-Gong and Poh-Poh from Richmond. With about 2 Ft of snow. I didn't think my family would make it for Xmas Eve dinner.but they managed to drive out. We were so glad they did! Dont worry. we ended up taking it out of the garbage can and recycling the paper :). Reese loved watching Barks tear into his presents. Happy New Year everyone! Sorry no photos :). The first trip was a two nighter with the Brown Johns joining us for one night and Kais joining all of us for the day. Fun adventures, stories and travels. Monday, August 10, 2015. The Blommesteins are biking! Here are some of our findings on a few different biking routes in the Lower Mainland. My friend Yvette told me about this ride and I also found it on this. Felt like 3 hours. (We've since talked it over and agreed to keep the option open but only for overcast days). That's it for now. I hope to go to a few more locations around the Lower Mainland and I'd love to hear of more if anyone has any suggestions.

Fun adventures, stories and travels. Friday, November 28, 2014. Chips and Popcorn for dinner. I am definitely more of a savoury lover than sweets. I always talk about how I love popcorn so much, I could eat it for dinner. Well, now we did and threw some chips in there too! Recently, I've found that the kids (and myself as well) really liked all sorts of veggies, especially if they were roasted.
