Thursday, October 23, 2014. Jackson turned 7 earlier this month. We planned a camping trip the weekend of his birthday so I made a S'mores pie for him instead of a cake. Very sweet and tasty! He got a tool kit for his birthday- love the expression on all of their faces as he opened it up! Hope he is able to create some cool things and learns how to be safe too! Saturday morning we headed out for a weekend of camping and fishing with our Skogmooper gang! It's the first time our kids have gone fishing.
