The Goods: October 2009
http://goodfamilynews.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Here's my last "fall" post - until Halloween anyway. On Monday it was actually sunny and nice again so we went to the Pumpkin Patch at our church. Caleb loved running around and trying to pick out a "big one." Clara was tired and wasn't much into taking pictures, but hey, it's a tradition. Caleb riding the pumpkin train - his invention. As I said, not interested in taking pictures. Caleb loved picking out pumpkins. He picked out this one especially for Clara. Caleb was very c...

The Goods: First Steps
http://goodfamilynews.blogspot.com/2010/05/first-steps.html
Sunday, May 16, 2010. I saw Clara take her first official steps on Friday morning. This video was Friday afternoon. She has gotten a little better since then but prefers to be held and carried to her destination if at all possible. I can't believe my baby girl is starting to walk! I know I haven't kept up with this blog well. April pictures can be found here: http:/ picasaweb.google.com/kathrynmgood/April? May pictures here: http:/ picasaweb.google.com/kathrynmgood/May? The Goods: December 2009
http://goodfamilynews.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 28, 2009. We traveled to Kingsport. The day after Christmas for a holiday visit with the Goods. The two crazy cousins - shown here decorated as dogs - enjoyed playing and fighting with each other. It is a joy to see them play, but we all felt like we needed a recording going with statements such as "No," Share," "1, 2, 3" . well you get the idea. It was cold outside so that limited the activity options. We found solace with the television. Posted by The Good Family. Labels: Aunt Mea Mea.

http://goodfamilynews.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Clara - Two Month Appointment. Believe it or not (I can't), Clara turned two months old four days ago. She had her doctor's appointment on Monday morning, and doc said she is thriving beautifully. Unlike her short brother, she is in the 75th percentile for height and weight. She's right at 11 1/2 pounds now! She's found her fingers and she loves playing with them. Thank you God for.". Posted by The Good Family. Friday, July 17, 2009. A few more from last weekend. Caleb loved a goo...

The Cooks: DC
http://cooksinasheville.blogspot.com/2015/07/dc.html
Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Our second go-around with the kids in DC was a little more relaxed, as we realized we didn't have to hit every major site. Brian took the kids to town while I was in meetings Thursday and Friday, and then we had the day all together on Saturday. View from our hotel. Yay for Shake Shack! Jenna is my only child who will pose with mascots. At the National Portrait Gallery, in the Presidential Portrait area, this is Jenna saying "WHY ARE THERE SO MUCH BOYS? Posted by Amber Cook.

The Goods: March 2010
http://goodfamilynews.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Give Me Back That Ear! So I got all the photos back of our live bunny session. (Grandparents - they are available in the March Picasa album.) I thought I would share some photos of Clara's anger at us for taking away her bunny. Going for the ear. Pulling the ear. It almost looks like she is asking Caleb if it is okay and he is warning her, but I don't really think either of those things were happening. Why did you take my bunny? A little dramatic, don't you think? A video of Ca...

The Goods: A Large Weekend
http://goodfamilynews.blogspot.com/2010/04/large-weekend.html
Monday, April 5, 2010. We had a lot going on the past weekend. It started on Thursday with Mea Mea moving out. My sister had been living with us for almost a year and we were all excited about her getting her own place. Now I have a place to escape to! Grandma and Granddaddy Wise drove a U-Haul over the mountain on Thursday with all of Mea Mea's belongings. They are excited to have a garage back and Mea Mea was excited to see all of her stuff.
