Monday, February 1, 2010. I moved the desk into the basement. It's helping with my internet addiction, I think. I haven't been on the computer in so long! I check my email about once a day instead of 50 times. And the house might be just a titch cleaner. And without seeing all the fabric that I can buy online, my bank account is a bit healthier too. Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Can't get enough Pink! Dave is doomed. I, on the other hand, am in heaven. I should start making a list of all the things I want to make for this little chica before she gets here. Do I want to attempt another round of baby bedding? Cuz these are pretty distressed. Hopefully a new coat of paint will do the trick. I've finally been feeling better! The girls finally started some activities! I feel like I'm being a good mom! I also FINALLY started them in piano lessons!

Thursday, August 18, 2011. Great 4th of July this year! I grew up surrounded by my extended family and every holiday we would have a ballgame in the morning, then swimming and BBQ in the afternoon. Those memories are some of the sweetest for me, and it's been hard not being able to do the same thing with my girls. Seriously, can I just have a pool in my backyard so I can do this? Friday, January 15, 2010. Happy Anniversary to us! It's been nine LOOOONG years. Just kidding. They've flown by. Last week was our anniversary and not only did we get to go out that night BY OURSELVES, we were also treated the next night to a Jazz game. Monday, July 12, 2010. Beautiful Message to Mothers. I've always felt like everyone else is a better mother than I am (and no, this isn't a search for a "whatever, you're a GREAT mom! And with the women who want to stay home but have to work to make ends meet. I know that no two mothers have the same circumstances or personalities, but I do spend a good portion of my time feeling guilty that I'm not as successful as I can be as a mother.
