Thursday, December 3, 2009. Travelling with kids on very very long flights. Do you ever wonder what its like to fly on a really long international flight with little kids? Well, it generally starts out fine - an initial fascination with the airplane evacuation brochure, a bunch of questions about whether the plane is going to crash, lots more questions about when the food will come out and about how much Sprite they will give you, then a trip or two to the bathroom. Then you take off.

Thursday, January 7, 2010. Here is a campground-ish place we ran onto on on the way from Vancouver to California. Its somewhere between Redding and Mount Shasta. It seemed to be closed when we stopped (for one of our many many biologically compelled stops), but it looked like you could sleep in old cabooses, which sounded pretty cool to most of us. Ken, Jan and Landon. Halloween and the pumpkin patch. Friday, November 4, 2011. We had a wonderful Halloween! We spent the entire week before making Ken's costume, and it paid off. he won his work contest! He won an iphone but traded it for a kindle fire for me because he thinks that I did most the work, crazy boy! But I'm pretty excited, I have wanted a kindle for ages! He also won a radio contest! I took Landon too the pumpkin patch, with my mom and my sisters. He loved it. Landon and my nephew Sam.

Ken, Jan and Landon. Wednesday, October 12, 2011. We had a fun summer, and we are sad that it is over so fast, here are of few of the fun things that we did. We went to the zoo, the Giraffes were Landon's favorite. He LOVED his cake! We went hiking up a canyon near our house, it was beautiful. This was the view from the top. We got together with some of Ken's family for a picnic up in Park City, the extended family on his Dad's side. We never get to see these guys so it was great! Posted by Ken and Jan.

Ken, Jan and Landon. Monday, April 23, 2012. We went to the Living Planet Aquarium with cousins, and Landon had a great time. He loved all the fish, or as he calls them "doggys". Lately every animal is doggy :) There was also a play area and Landon loved it. He loved the otters, they were my favorite too! Second favorite was this fish tank, he ran back to it multiple times. Everyone around liked that he was yelling, "doggy, doggy". I could barely get him to hold still to get a picture, but we got one!

Ken, Jan and Landon. Monday, March 12, 2012. Landon loves other kids, especially his older cousins. I cant wait until he actually "plays" with other kids a little more. He loves to give hugs, his cousin Ashlee is not so fond of hugs. The last time we got together, he followed her around trying to hug her while she said "no" and finally he kinda tackled her, she was just laying there like, what is going on here? Looking out the window, they tend to just follow each other around laughing :).

Ken, Jan and Landon. Sunday, March 27, 2011. SWWe've had a few really nice days in the past few weeks, it was in the 50's :)! And we enjoyed them with may walks, and playing on the playground in our backyard. Landon loves being outside, I swear, it's the only time that he can be content for more than 30 mins :) But seriously he will sit and watch me weed the flower beds for an hour without making a peep, he just sits and looks around. Ken, Jan and Landon. Saturday, February 25, 2012. We have been having a fun and busy last couple of months. I started a new job at Riverton Hospital, Ken has had been crazy busy at work, we miss him, but he takes good care of us! And of course we have a million pictures of our cute little man. Landon loves that he can reach the light switches if he climbs up a couple stairs. Landon is a busy kid, and he gets into everything, everywhere! Whistling with a straw! Reading to himself, adorable!

Ken, Jan and Landon. Thursday, January 13, 2011. We had a great Christmas! We played games at my parents house on Christmas Eve, and spent Christmas day on our own. Obviously, Landon had no idea what was going on, but I had fun with it anyway! I made Landon a stocking, and wrapped all of his presents, except his bouncer that Santa brought. which I didn't take a picture of on Christmas.
