DIY And Other Adventures of Harriet & George
No Pain No Gain: February 2007
http://harrietgeorge.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
No Pain No Gain. DIY And Other Adventures of Harriet and George. Welcome to our blog. Hello and welcome to our new blog! I don't really know what I'm doing but I'm picking things up along the way. I decided to start a blog (online diary) because it seemed a good way to share updates on our home improvements (and any other interesting events), and an alternative to clogging up your inboxes/crashing your computers with emails, photos etc. There is just no escaping it. No Pain No Gain: A new bedroom at last! (April - May 2008)
http://harrietgeorge.blogspot.com/2008/07/new-bedroom-at-last-april-may-2008.html
No Pain No Gain. DIY And Other Adventures of Harriet and George. A new bedroom at last! April - May 2008). Soon after we got back from holiday we got a plasterer in to do the whole bedroom. This is one task that requires a professional; there is no way that we would attempt to do any plastering ourselves! We then spent several weekends painting and installing skirting boards. After that it was just a matter of choosing the carpet and buying new bedroom furniture. A new bedroom at last! April - May 2008).
No Pain No Gain: A short break to Venice (Feb 2008)
http://harrietgeorge.blogspot.com/2008/02/short-break-to-venice-feb-2008.html
No Pain No Gain. DIY And Other Adventures of Harriet and George. A short break to Venice (Feb 2008). We have developed a habit of taking each other away on city breaks for our birthdays. So it was Stockholm in October, and Venice in February! Hanging washing strung between buildings is such a common sight in Venice, and quite charming. Incredible ice cream 'towers'! Building ornamentation spotted on the Grand Canal. A fully laden traghetto. Ferrying people from one side of the Grand Canal to the other.
No Pain No Gain: The plateau, part 2 - walls and ceilings (Oct 2007 - Feb 2008)
http://harrietgeorge.blogspot.com/2008/03/plateau-part-2-walls-and-ceilings-oct.html
No Pain No Gain. DIY And Other Adventures of Harriet and George. The plateau, part 2 - walls and ceilings (Oct 2007 - Feb 2008). Our living room / kitchen began to feel a lot warmer once the ceiling insulation had gone in. More insulation, on the stair cavity wall (different type of insulation). Much of the living room / kitchen ceiling is now filled in with plasterboard, and we have proper lights at last. But there's still a lot of work to be done here. No Pain No Gain: July 2007
http://harrietgeorge.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
No Pain No Gain. DIY And Other Adventures of Harriet and George. Cycle city (July 2007). It's been a good summer for cycling, despite the awful weather (it hailed two weeks ago! On Sunday 17 June we were woken up at 6am by the sound of helicopters circling above the house. We didn't realise until we heard lots of voices outside that the London to Brighton Bike Ride was going past our house! It took 4 hours for all 27,000 participants to ride past, and it was quite a spectacle. After being on my feet for ...

Harriet H. Fuld's Scultpure Gallery
Wood, stone, clay and concrete are the materials used to make the abstract, yet realistic, forms of my sculptures. Mother and child, couples, animals and flowers are frequent themes. Using a variety of textures and negative space, dramatic results are achieved. Conceptualizing a new piece, visualizing it and making it become real is an endless fascinating journey. Me and I will contact you in return. Harriet H. Fuld. Mullica Hill Art Center. 50 South Main St. Mullica Hill, NJ.

On the subject of honesty:. November 23, 2012. I appreciate the ‘directness’ of that statement however uncalled it was. That girl said what was on her mind and she wasn’t wasting anyones time by trying to cushion the fall for her aunt. What really puzzles me is why some people accept others lies? Tags: can of worms.
