Monday, April 02, 2007. As many of you may know our plans for a summer departure to tanzania were put on hold when i received the shocking news that i needed major surgery for bowel cancer. Most of Carsons friends have afternoon kindergarten, so we were able to grab a handful of them and party at Classic Skating! I can't believe you are already 6! You are way to old for your age! Your sense of humor is so much fun! You always make us laugh! The girls.and the "ladies man" in the middle! We left on New Years Day for some fun in the sun! I'm getting so old!

Sunday, April 12, 2009. We had an awesome Easter weekend. Hops called first thing this morning.he had gone to an Easter service in Afghanistan. He said it was amazing. They hear the prayer sirens calling the Muslims to pray five times a day there, and in the midst of it all, they were at a Christian service and a young soldier was saved and basptized this morning. He said it was inspiring. We went to church on base, and the service was AWESOME! Here are a few pics.yes mom, even one of me! Fun in the snow!
