haiku of the id: a little art deco (ration)
http://haikuoftheid.blogspot.com/2012/10/a-little-art-deco-ration.html
Haiku of the id. Yes, it gave me palpitations to give it a new look. Sunday, October 28, 2012. A little art deco (ration). No real changes this week to report on behalf of my insides. Still 2cm/75%, but she's moved down a centimeter - so that's something. Been having contractions lately, but they're not much to write home about. Fortunately I only notice them if I'm being quiet - which doesn't happen very often in the company of a three year old. The sticker is a nice touch. October 29, 2012 11:12 PM.

haiku of the id: July 2012
http://haikuoftheid.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Haiku of the id. Yes, it gave me palpitations to give it a new look. Monday, July 23, 2012. Oh so" is Baby's new phrase that she's learned to tag onto phrases to give more emphasis. For example, "If the baby comes out a boy I'll be oh so sad." or "I like these grapes oh so much. They are my best.". The problem with being pregnant in the summer is that you can only take off so many clothes. The veggies on the back porch are officially scorched. The week of 104 highs just fried the tomatoes and lemon b...

haiku of the id: August 2012
http://haikuoftheid.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Haiku of the id. Yes, it gave me palpitations to give it a new look. Thursday, August 16, 2012. I am so tired that I feel hungover, but I assure you that I've not had anything to drink in months. I'm rolling into my third trimester without much poise or grace. I can feel the chronic fatigue starting to set in, and although I know from experience that this, too, shall pass, it's really hard to focus on that when you're in a fog. Being tired makes me cry. I read an article once that said pregnant lady brai...

haiku of the id: April 2012

Haiku of the id. Yes, it gave me palpitations to give it a new look. Friday, April 13, 2012. If the storms tonight and tomorrow are anything like last year's spring storms I can expect all of my roses to lose their blossoms and look pitiful the rest of the summer. It's typical timing because all three plants are full of blooms that look magnificent. Sunday, April 01, 2012. Discovered a new park close to our house this weekend. I heard stories about a new fancy playground. It was still under const...2-4 V...

A Little Slice of Harrison. All the world is birthday cake, so take a piece, but not too much. -George Harrison. Just in case you missed the memo.we've been "potty training." I say this with quotation marks because in the week that we have been "pottying," we've only managed to actually "go" in the potty once! It was, however, last night, so we are hopeful that more tinkling days are to come! Sunday, May 08, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Emilie Updates: The Latest.

A Little Slice of Harrison: July 2010
http://sliceofharrison.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
A Little Slice of Harrison. All the world is birthday cake, so take a piece, but not too much. -George Harrison. So the question is a matter of two options:. Option A: Two Surgeries. One to remove the entire area and placing a skin-like substitute on her head. Re-grow the skin with a series of shots in the back of her head to grow skin and then another surgery to cut and place the skin. Painful. Involves shots, scarring, things we really really don't like.
