I am a Child. Perpetually not growing up since 1990. On a cold green leather couch. I could sit here and try to write a poem, which is extremely hard to do. Some days more so than others. But I have somewhat of the slight consciousness to know better than try right now. I’d much rather get back to my usual ramblings and musings of an otherworldly (probably, definitely not the right word) nature. On most occasions when writing, there is some kind of prompt or idea that I have coming into it, but not today.

I am a Child. Perpetually not growing up since 1990. My God, I am not, but You are. A stroke of genius? Rather just a stroke of blatant disregard of “how to” respect. I, myself, have been added to the bottom of the list of Do-It-Yourself projects that need accomplishing. Hmm. I better move “me” to the top. God knows I’m going to need the most work done. Then again, I’m not really “doing it” myself. It must be a stronger, higher power. The One I so faithfully abandon. I lost count at 478. December 8, 2012.
