So this past weekend I'm in a stall in the JCPenney's bathroom when I hear the door open and I hear an older woman/teenage girl pair come in. They enter the stalls on either side of me and proceed with their conversation. It really sounds like he loves you. I mean, yeah. He definitely loves me. 21 March, 2013. I wrote this last week in the midst of packing, but I'm just now getting around to posting. 4 years. There were so many moments along the way that felt long, but looking back now it all went by in a rush. 4 years and 2.75 children later we’re going back. I can’t even wrap my mind around all the ways we’ve changed. I figure it will take years to really process these 4 years. It makes perfect sense to me, and is very wise. I love you. 25 December, 2012. 12 December, 2012. Random Ramblings from Tennessee. The blog has been quiet since we've been back in the states for my sister's wedding. We've been pretty busy and on days when we are not busy I stay busy eating! Eating for three (NOT twins! Nursing pregnancy) is exhausting. The boys (mostly Jude) have also been sick. Despite that we've had a great time enjoying family and friends. Here are a few pictures from our time in Tennessee. Jude loading leaves into his John Deere trailer.

19 September, 2012. Parenting and Lake Tanganyika. When Jude was younger he seemed to like swimming. Somewhere along the line he developed a major dislike for the pool. This is frustrating since we don't have a lot of recreational activities available to us in Geita. 25 May, 2012. We are enjoying our two boys and having Gran-Nan around as we work on the necessary paperwork and recovery here in Dar. Today I just have a couple of links to share. Jonathan and Brooklynn Sims have spent the last 8 months in Tanzania apprenticing with different missionaries. Some of that time was spent with our team in Geita. 26 November, 2012. Jude has something to tell you. In addition to this big news, we will be moving back to Tennessee in April of next year! Carson will continue his work with Mbegu Films by taking trips over during summers to film and doing writing and edit in the states. 19 April, 2013. Books sit piled on the floor, because we still haven’t bought book shelves. My sewing machine is finally in place, but I need an iron and board to finish the set up. I throw the new. Comforter over the new. Mattress that sits on the new. Bed frame that Carson built with his new. Saw New is in the trees and it’s filling our lives as we begin to fill in the empty spaces. spaces that we emptied out in Tanzania, our belongings with pieces of ourselves right alongside. But you and me walk on.
