Parags daily digest . Sunday, August 20, 2006. 131 miles through a runners eyes. So the AFC half-marathon is done but it will forever be etched in my memory as the first race I participated in. Before I come to the results and how I performed let me try and walk you through the 13.1 miles to the finish line. That's the story of my first run. Elevation : 10,834 feet (3,302 metres). Range : San Jacinto mountains. Trail length : 23 miles trip from base-summit-tram station. Altitude gain : 10,700 feet climb, 2,700 feet descent.

Parags daily digest . Tuesday, August 15, 2006. I'm sorry that I have to interrupt the sights of San Diego series. But then the AFC Half marathon. Which shows the route winding around Mission Bay and then through downtown SD. Make sure that you select G. satellite in the drop down box on the right. On a side note my roommate has promised to treat me to dinner if I manage to break into the top 1000. While the proposition sounds good, chances of this happening are very very bleak :(.
