정체불명 밥상의 정체를 찾아. 2008년을 관통하는 이슈는 아무래도 먹을거리가 아닌가 합니다. 올 초 미국산 쇠고기, GMO도 그렇고 요즘의 멜라민 파동까지. 우연은 아닙니다. 먹을거리는 전세계 사람들의 고민이기도 합니다. 먹을거리 세계화가 진행됨에 따라 우리의 밥상은 세계 곳곳에서 온 농수산물로 넘쳐나고, 이윤을 먼저 생각하는 일부 기업들의 행태와 느슨한 규제 탓에 우리가 먹는 음식은 며느리도 모르는 정체불명이 되어버렸습니다. 위협받는 밥상] 먹거리 불안 가중위협받는 식탁. 유기농 이용 안소영씨] 식비 부담스럽지만 농가와 직거래. 지난달 30일 오후 6시 서울 중구 신당동에 위치한 유기농 가게에서 안소영(29 여 회사원)씨가 21개월된 딸 지유와 함께 밥상에 올릴 반찬거리를 고르고 있다. 지유, 미역 좋아하지? 라는 엄마 말에 미, 미 라며 지유는 고개를 끄덕인다. 한달 식비는 100만원 남짓. 세 식구 밥값으론 조금 많은 편이지만 가급적 안전한 음식을 먹고 싶다는 생각에 돈을 아끼진 않는다.
