Today I met some kind folks that belong to the adivasi (indigenous) people group, Tripura. I found love in their smiles. Just right there, in their smiles. Today Liam meets Aunt Sara. I truly felt like I was right there in the hospital room with them. I was even technically the first in the fam to meet sweet Liam! Thank you, Skype. Seriously. August 25, 2011. Liam Sheppard Enger is born! What an amazing and blessed day. I am happy to celebrate my second nephew born into the world. The Journey So Far.

A Day at Sonagon. A day of textures, colors and being witness to the blending of old and new. The Other Side of the Tracks. Perhaps a universal socioeconomic divider. Some interesting sort of creature I managed to record before the day ended. :). It was superb conversations, and laughs, of course. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Journey So Far. Drove through the night with the reward of seeing where the ocean and the land hang out. They get along real great in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Photo not currently in possession. While you wait, check out day 20. This photo was also previously MIA but is now in it's proper place. Rejoice! Arise to address the sweet tugs at my legs. Enjoy a sunrise over breakfast. And hand him off. Today I bid farewell to a markedly unique time in my life when I got to have the most blessed nanny job in the world.
