Markwis not Markee: Mud Bath Beer Party

It's how you say it. Monday, August 16, 2010. Mud Bath Beer Party. No, I didn't run in the mud, and it wasn't any kind of crazy frat party, but those words in the title summarize the weekend events. This morning I ran a couple miles fairly easy. It was cool outside, there weren't many cars out, and it was just comfortable. Yesterday, though, I took a bath in some mud. Mud? It's how you say it. Wednesday, July 22, 2009. My wife turns 30 today. Oops! I probably shouldn't have said it out loud. not sure if it's a secret or not. Really, 30 isn't bad at all, and it fits Ashley nicely. She doesn't look a day older than that first time I met her. oh. 5 years ago. Almost unbearably slowly. Grandma Finnigan in her Bobcat scooter would have lapped me a few times over, I'm sure. Literally, I took 10 minutes to walk to the end of my street! It's how you say it. Saturday, October 10, 2009. It has been a whirlwind week and a half. Whirl of the Wind, that's for sure. FINALLY went home only to start a new round of issues when we got the two back together. Throw a healthy dose of anxiety into the mix, put us back on the bilirubin light and give mom some engorgement issues and it just seems like the fun never stops. We're dreading my return to work! It's how you say it. Monday, August 02, 2010. Long time since I've posted, but I figured I'd go ahead and start back in again. Lots has gone on since. well. since I don't know when. Today's post is all about running. Christian wanted to start running back a couple of months ago, but he needed shoes. Well, yesterday during our chat on Skype (they went back to Germany for a visit) he showed off his new running shoes and had his stride analyzed and all that stuff. I'm hoping I can do it again on Wednesday.
